October 2009. The staff at the universities libraries have been very proactive, listening to students and acting on what the feel is possible. They offer an invaluable service to all students and staff, but I feel their hard work is not fully appreciated by many students. Unfortunately, due to a bad cold I was not able to attend the meeting and tell them.
