March 2009. I volunteered to help the Landscape Institute at the One Life exhibition at London's Olympia. This was an opportunity for companies and organisations to promote themselves to people who want to explore a different career. Steve Cole represented the Landscape Institute and I was able to give people some idea of my experience as a mature student. What it was like to go to University as an older student and my real life experiences there. I am really pleased I got an opportunity to help and hope that it was of some benefit. One visitor, Dave, was kind enough to come back later in the day to say that he had found it very helpful. Steve is very good at accents.
