New Year 2009. With a break in studies it was on the Eurostar and off to Paris, staying close to Versailles. We went to see the remains of Louis XIVs' hunting lodge in Marly Le Roi. The Chateaux was destroyed during the French revolution, but parts of the grounds have been restored and the picture on the title of my blog was taken there.
