March 2010. I was very lucky to get an opportunity to do some work experience for a garden design companies hard landscaping arm. Reason being that I was shown how to build low level walls, render them, build seating and raised planters. In addition I was able to see what information designers really need to provide to their contractors to make sure everything runs smoothly and from what I am told, that does not happen very often. I know this is on a much smaller scale, but the same principles must apply?
